We are currently in search of a Pastry Cook who is passionate about all things desserts with a love for and experience with Japanese pastry & techniques. This position is mainly for the Momoya Soho location on 47 Prince Street, but may include days at other locations.

Qualifications Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive pastry department/kitchen experience
- Influential, team-oriented style with passion for pastry
- Attention to details of food quality, preparation and presentation
- Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
- Flexible schedule (this role requires at least 1-2 shifts of working at night)
- Fluent in Japanese is a plus.
