Application Support Analyst

6 month contract to hire

Pay: $30hr to $55hr

Fully Remote

Responsibility

• Perform day-to-day system programming and configuration across access control and video management platforms
• Program and configure:
  • Doors, cameras, and recording devices (NVRs / VMS)
• New site deployments from the ground up
• Manage inbound support requests via ticketing queues and calls
• Provide real-time support for MAXPRO and Pro-Watch environments
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and guide field technicians onsite
• Configure system settings such as:
  • Recording schedules and timelines
  • Frame rates and camera naming conventions
  • Recording areas and storage optimization
• Assist with onboarding new systems and enterprise integrations
• Ensure systems meet performance and recording standards for large enterprise clients
• Support ongoing new project programming and implementations
