Manager, Business Development and Agency Growth What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within advertising, marketing, or professional services. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, starting within a $1M range. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools. Strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target high-potential prospects within defined sectors. Develop and execute innovative outreach campaigns using digital engagement, direct mail, and social selling. Actively seek networking opportunities to connect with ideal clients and foster strong relationships. Proposal Development & Pitch Process Analyze prospects’ challenges and present tailored solutions. Deliver qualified opportunities to the team and facilitate pitch meetings to showcase the agency’s value. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches. Develop client-centered narratives based on past work and success stories to drive new business. Contribute to agency growth strategies and long-term business development initiatives. Communication & Reporting Maintain a structured communication cadence to update stakeholders on sales progress. Provide regular reports to leadership, detailing progress toward KPIs and sales goals.
