Crew Leader/Mover/Driver

Concord, MA | Full-Time | $28-$34 hourly | Medical, Dental, Vision Viking Moving and Storage is looking for an experienced Crew Leader to lead our moving teams. If you have 3+ years of moving experience , are reliable, physically fit, and enjoy working with people, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do As a Crew Leader you’ll lead by example while helping with all aspects of moves: Packing & Preparation Safely pack and protect customers’ belongings using proper materials. Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. Loading & Unloading Load and unload trucks carefully to prevent damage. Secure items for safe transport. Driving & Transport Operate moving trucks safely to and from destinations. Navigate efficiently and communicate any issues to management. Customer Interaction Provide friendly, professional service to all customers. Handle fragile items with extra care and address customer questions or concerns. Team & General Duties Conduct inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted for. Maintain clean, organized trucks and work areas. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 3+ years moving company experience preferred. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
