OPS DRIVER SR
The LeadDriveris responsible for delivering the Royal Way brand service standards while demonstrating exemplary problem resolution skills and safe transportation to our guests at all times. The team member actively listens and extends assistance in order to resolve all guest issues and concerns. A strong guest satisfaction disposition is mandatory, a people person, withgood social and communication skills. The Lead works closely with the Driversand must possess outstanding hospitalityand customer serviceskills, strong communicationin English and Creole,organizational skills,effective decision-making abilities,a high level of professional appearance,and demeanor at all times.
