The Senior Balloon Operator is responsible to deliver industry-leading hospitality standards in the tours and excursions experience on the Destination. This position manages balloon operation, engages with Guests, and drives a positive working environment with a focus on customer service and safety in all activities. This role monitors the weather that impacts the daily balloon operation and must ensure compliance with manufacture guidelines set by Aerophile. The Senior Balloon Operator conducts flights during Call Day (weather permitting), commencing with a test flight for safety checks. This role controls the Guest entry to the attraction to ensure the safety or security of the Guests and Team Members is not compromised. The Senior Balloon Operator also specializes in guiding and training activities like Zipline, Kayak, Wave Jet, etc., to develop Shore Excursions Team Members. The role focuses on Guest safety, responds to any type of emergency, and performs lifesaving procedures. This position requires excellent Guest engagement, leadership skills, concentration, attention to detail, knowledge of products and services.
