Diabetes Educator

AdventHealth

AdventHealth in DeLand is seeking a diabetes education specialist to assess patient needs and develop personalized education plans. You will provide diabetes education for inpatients and outpatients, monitor progress, and collaborate with the care team to promote wellness and diabetes management. Required bachelor's degree, BLS, and RDN or RN licensure. Experience in diabetes care preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Full-time with day shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
