Position: Home Improvement Window Sales Specialist
We are seeking top-performing window and door sales professionals ready to step into a high-earning role. This is a lead-driven position with no canvassing required - qualified, pre-set appointments are provided.

Compensation
▪ Earn $150K to $450K
Experience Required
▪ Proven window and door sales experience (required)
▪ Strong consultative selling and "one-call close" skills
▪ Motivated, professional, and results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
▪ Conduct in-home presentations with scheduled appointments
▪ Present and sell windows and doors
▪ Close sales and ensure a positive customer experience
