Surgery Scheduler

Job Summary

The Surgery Scheduler will serve as the primary liaison between our podiatric surgeons, patients, outpatient offices, and insurance providers. You will oversee the surgical process from initial booking through post-operative planning, ensuring accurate insurance authorizations, precise scheduling, and clear patient instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required.
• Podiatry experience preferred.
• Experience working in a busy and fast-paced setting preferred.

Schedule/Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 8 AM to 4:30 PM
