Patient Scheduling Coordinator - Call Center Environment
Hybrid (On-site training, remote role) | Indianapolis | 8am - 5pm, M-F
Overview
*We are seeking a detailoriented and patientfocused Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering highquality customer service in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and demonstrates empathy and professionalism in every interaction.*
Key Responsibilities

* Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
* Follow and reinforce all scheduling policies and procedures.
* Communicate essential information for each scheduled appointment to patients and internal teams.
* Audit and/or complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner.
* Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, peers, and supervisors on a daily basis.
Required Skills & Experience

* 1+ years of recent call center experience.
* Strong customer service and data entry skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing workflows or departmental needs.
* High attention to detail, especially with data entry.
* Strong verbal communication skills and ability to think quickly in challenging situations.
* Demonstrates empathy and professionalism.

* Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
