Our customer service jobs are focused around helping customers with warranty issues, product concerns and processing their orders in a timely manner. The ultimate goal is to ensure a fully satisfied positive experience with their purchases and with our organization as a whole. As a Customer Relations Specialist you will: Verify all information related to orders is accurate, identify and correct discrepancies. Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently, processing information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, account balances in compliance with corporate guidelines. Provide customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and solving customer complaints/questions. Complete and process credit applications, payments and financing paperwork. Communicate with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate files and processes to maximize productivity. Perform clerical support for store staff as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualities and skills we are looking for: Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills. Basic reading and comprehension skills. Basic numerical reasoning skills. Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner. Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.
