What you'll do… Supervise and mentor a team, promoting safety and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch product quality. Schedule production priorities, coordinate staff, and manage workflows to hit production goals on time. Foster a collaborative environment where employees are motivated and committed to achieving excellence. Track and analyze KPIs, adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management. Inspect product and sign quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures

What you'll need... Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills High school diploma or equivalent Three (3) years of experience in a production environment Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
