Training Supervisor

Responsibilities Create a bootcamp training (theory and hands‑on) starting with Mount and Wire and Coils Brazing. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and temporary employees. Track 30‑60‑90 day training completion and give close attention to new employees. Collaborate with HR and operations to improve employee retention by identifying training skill gaps with existing employees and increasing employee engagement. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar and be the owner of Alchemy Training Software. Develop content for training and recertification by job class and area. Track individual performance and maintain an up‑to‑date skill matrix for the plant with accurate records. Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed. Supervise operations trainers within a manufacturing environment. Qualifications University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of six years of related experience. Expected Outcomes Reduction in production errors and rework. Improved audit scores and compliance readiness. Increased employee engagement and retention. Enhanced operational flexibility through cross‑training. Stronger safety performance metrics with new hires. Improved Voice Survey scores on safety, quality and OTD. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $85,200 - $127,800. The exact salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and market data.
