Applicants for the Chief of Obstetrics position at the company should possess an MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree, board certification in obstetrics and gynecology, and academic accomplishments warranting appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in obstetric clinical care, medical education, and leadership within an academic medical center or large clinical practice. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative leadership skills are essential, as is a commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Preferred qualifications include previous leadership experience, a background in overseeing Certified Nurse Midwives, and a demonstrated success in scholarly activity, clinical research, or clinical innovation.
