Work Week Manager / Sr Work Week Manager – Braidwood Nuclear Station, Braceville, IL Braidwood Nuclear Power Station is seeking a Work Week Manager or Senior Work Week Manager to coordinate critical maintenance and safety schedules. Work Week Manager salary range: $126,900 – $141,000. Senior Work Week Manager salary range: $138,600 – $154,000. Both positions include a comprehensive benefits package, bonuses, and a 401(k) with company match. Primary Purpose of Position Direct the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventive maintenance, surveillance, post‑maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week. Ensure adherence to the Online Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) Procedures during execution. Collaborate across organizational boundaries to resolve schedule conflicts, uphold safety and performance goals, and meet fleet and CEC objectives. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for the work week to ensure compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules and maintain online risk. Direct the execution of the work week schedule while ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications, Maintenance Rules, and online risk management. Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and support personnel for developing accurate schedules. Execute the schedule to meet Work Management Process Key Indicators. Manage priority emergent work for the assigned work week. Evaluate scheduling performance data, develop weekly performance analysis reports, and assist in corrective actions at the weekly Performance Analysis Review meeting. Assist in forced outage coordination as required. Coach, mentor, and develop other members of the work management organization. Perform additional job assignments, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities outside the department. Minimum Qualifications – Work Week Manager High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience. Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements (as applicable) and a favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties. Minimum Qualifications – Senior Work Week Manager High school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience. Supervisory or managerial experience. Demonstrated leadership abilities in a prior responsible position such as Ops Shift Manager, Ops Shift Supervisor, or Maintenance FLS/engineering work‑management exempt supervisory role. Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements (as applicable) and a favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties. Preferred Qualifications – Work Week Manager Previous Nuclear Power Plant experience (highly preferred). Strong personal computer scheduling knowledge. Current or prior Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification. Engineering or Technical Degree. Supervisory or managerial experience.
