IT Support Technician - Quick, User-Focused Help Desk

VXI Global Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate, IT Support to assist internal staff with day-to-day IT issues and system maintenance. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, manage user accounts, and document solutions in the help desk system.
