Your responsibilities will include creating insurance policies, advising on coverage options, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also assist with resolving billing issues and making policy recommendations. With over 25 years of combined experience, our team is ready to support your growth in the insurance industry. Responsibilities Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent needed Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents You must have previous customer service experience for this position Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred Compensation $40,000-$45,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
