Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients' specific needs.

• Perform initial assessments and routine evaluations of clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring appropriate follow-up and adjustments based on clinical observations.

• Collaborate actively with a multi-disciplinary team, contributing insights and feedback to enhance comprehensive care for clients.

• Monitor clients' situational progress, providing timely check-ins and ongoing support to facilitate positive change.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapeutic sessions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing challenges associated with substance use disorders and various mental health issues. This includes offering therapeutic interventions tailored to couples experiencing relational difficulties. Our center serves a diverse community, and your expertise will help navigate the intersecting challenges of mental health and substance use.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current and valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that is free from suspension or probation.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster a supportive and calming environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
