About Veristat 105+ approved therapies for marketing applications prepared by Veristat 480+ oncology projects in the past 5 years 350+ rare disease projects delivered in the past 5 years Flexible, inclusive culture — 70% remote workforce, 66% women-led teams What we offer Benefits vary by location and may include: Remote working Flexible time off Paid holidays Medical insurance Tuition reimbursement Retirement plans Responsibilities • Provide general HR support and guidance on employment events (hires, changes, departures) and related processes • Partner with managers and external partners to ensure timely and accurate HR actions • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism • Support HRIS system data integrity and payroll collaboration as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources required Prior experience and knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems required; Workday and ADP preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities Ability to manage ambiguous or evolving circumstances and navigate complex employee issues; maintain highly confidential information Strong written and verbal communication; effective partnering with internal and external customers; strong consulting skills Ability to influence without authority, think critically, and solve problems in unclear or difficult situations Additional Information Automated Decision Making: All applicants are reviewed by a member of the Veristat Talent Acquisition team; Veristat does not utilize an automated decision-making process.
