About the role: We represent contractors, business owners, and property owners across Southern California. Core areas are construction, business, and real estate litigation. The senior role requires independent case management from intake to resolution. Key Responsibilities: Manage an active caseload across construction, business, and/or real estate litigation Handle all phases: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, arbitration, and trial Develop case strategy and advise clients directly Work with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently Build long-term client relationships Qualifications: Active California Bar license in good standing Minimum 10 years of civil litigation experience (construction litigation strongly preferred) Trial or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel Ability to independently manage a full caseload from intake to resolution Experience in at least one core area: construction, business, or real estate litigation Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
