Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Archway, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and create effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions to foster personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
