To strengthen our international Sales Team, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven; SALES MANAGER Home-office based | Central Europe | 60% travel As our new Sales Manager, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to the international sales team, driving commercial performance and sustainable business growth. You have a strong passion for business development and identifying new market opportunities. While delivering commercial results, your primary focus will be to develop people, build strong teams, and create an environment in which employees can perform at their best. What you bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience A proven people manager, skilled at coaching, developing and motivating international teams An inspiring, resilient leader who drives accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement Experience managing international teams across different countries and cultures A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving sales performance and growth A strategic thinker, able to translate business objectives into successful sales initiatives Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Technical background (engineering/industrial technology) or equivalent experience Experience in refractory, foundry, aluminum, metals, or a similar high-temperature industry Fluent in English plus at least one other European language Based in central Europe, willing to travel ~ 60% of the time What we offer Competitive package, ESOP retirement plan and profit sharing Company car, phone and laptop Home-office flexibility within an international, technically strong team Interested?
