Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Role Are you passionate about shaping the future of media and audience measurement in North America? Our client, a leading global provider of media analytics solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the region. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and collaboration across top-tier media organizations. What You’ll Do Build and manage relationships with major advertisers, broadcasters, media owners, platforms, agencies, and data providers (linear and digital). Engage directly with senior stakeholders, including directors and C-level executives. Lead business development efforts, including identifying and executing on new growth opportunities. Manage key North American accounts and potential reseller partnerships. Deliver insightful reports and presentations to senior leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to position the company as a leader in the North American media landscape. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in media, advertising, or analytics—ideally in sales, agency, or platform roles. Familiarity with audience measurement tools (e.g., AdvantEdge, NPower, NMI, Lake5, Instar Analytics). Strong network and trusted relationships within agencies and media companies. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results through collaboration. Commercial mindset with strong communication skills (written and verbal). Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team. Willingness to travel ~6-7 weeks per year. Bonus: Experience in a global organization and technical aptitude. Candidates MUST have prior agency experience and MUST reside in the NYC area and be available for regular in-person client meetings.
