MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing healthcare team near Ramah, New Mexico!

Key Responsibilities for APRN Nurse Practitioner:

• Provide full-spectrum primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages.
• Clinic-based role focused on patient-centered, collaborative care.
• Develop and personalize treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient histories.
• Educate patients and their families on preventive care, wellness, and management of chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records, adhering to healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
• Comply with state and federal healthcare protocols and standards.

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
• Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico required.
• Current FNP certification from ANCC or AANP.
• Valid DEA registration required.
• 1+ year of FNP experience preferred.
