Key Responsibilities\n \n Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring to establish rapport and maintain professional ethics through warm and understanding interactions. \n Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, evaluate stability, adjust treatment plans as needed, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharge options. \n Develop customized, person-centered treatment plans that evolve based on client feedback, ensuring each plan remains relevant to their needs. \n Engage in meticulous documentation practices by maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. \n Perform thorough intake assessments that accurately capture client histories, needs, and presenting issues. \n Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, providing clients with supportive and constructive therapeutic interventions. \n Participate in individual supervision to foster professional growth and ensure adherence to best practices in mental health counseling. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your role will primarily involve working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and various other mental health challenges. You will utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to empower clients on their journey towards mental well-being. The emphasis on telehealth allows for the flexibility of meeting clients in their comfort zones, enhancing their experience and engagement with therapy. Qualifications\n \n A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is essential. \n Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory. \n Ability to meet criteria for internal credentialing processes within the practice. \n A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations is required. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in both assessment and diagnosis, as well as providing individual and group therapy. \n Background in evidence-based treatment modalities pertinent to anxiety and related disorders. \n Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, complemented by potential productivity bonuses.
