Work Environment

At our Millstone Township clinic, you will work onsite in a facility designed to foster collaboration and healing. Our team is made up of highly skilled physical therapists and other healthcare professionals, supporting each other in providing the best patient care. The clinic operates within a friendly atmosphere where your insights and skills will be valued. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of adult patients, developing personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and health goals.
• Utilize an array of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Monitor and adjust treatment protocols regularly to respond to patient progress and changes in condition.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to discuss patient progress and enhance collaborative care.
• Utilize CureMD EMR software for meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance and support effective communication.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest research and techniques in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role predominantly involves treating adult patients aged between 40-65 years, often dealing with conditions stemming from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain issues. You will engage with patients who have diverse backgrounds and varying degrees of physical limitations, empowering them through tailored treatment strategies aimed at recovery and improving functional capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning and exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• While previous outpatient experience is preferred, it is not mandatory; we welcome physical therapists who are enthusiastic about learning and growing within our supportive environment.
• Experience with electronic medical records, particularly CureMD, is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our attractive benefits package includes:
