Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor
SENIOR CARE THERAPY
Senior Care Therapy seeks a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor to provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to seniors in long-term care, assisted living, and community settings. In this role, you will complete comprehensive assessments, deliver individual therapy, and develop person-centered treatment plans tailored to older adults. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary facility teams, document in EHR, and offer both on-site and telehealth sessions. We provide a collaborative, patient-centered culture, flexible scheduling, training, and growth opportunities focused on improving seniors’ quality of life.
