Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health issues, focusing on their emotional, psychological, and relational well-being. Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, employing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy to optimize engagement and progress. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate care for clients, incorporating medication management and other therapeutic modalities as needed.
