Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, creating a safe space for exploration and healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately, utilizing DSM-5 criteria.
• Develop, implement, and continually revise individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Facilitate engaging and impactful therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to other specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience providing individual and group therapy in a clinical setting, demonstrating versatility in managing different counseling scenarios.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth practices, with a comfort level in utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
