Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building a positive rapport with clients to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans targeting the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Providing regular therapy sessions, whether individual or group-based, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Continuously monitoring and assessing client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and referring clients to additional specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic principles.
• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling you to handle caseloads efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not required, experience in teletherapy or familiarity with digital health tools will be a significant advantage. Additional certifications in specialized therapy practices (e.g., trauma-informed care, play therapy) would also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
