Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique challenges and needs of each client, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Offer individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver holistic care that addresses both psychological and social aspects of mental health.
• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to review cases, enhance therapeutic approaches, and ensure high-quality care.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, contributing to the refinement of our clinical services and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health treatment.
• Proactively assess the efficacy of treatment plans, making adjustments based on client progress and feedback to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. By providing empathetic and culturally competent care, you will help clients navigate their emotional journeys and develop coping strategies to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license in your state of practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with clients facing emotional and mental health challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
• Experience leading group therapy sessions or workshops aimed at enhancing mental wellness is a plus.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and integration of holistic practices such as mindfulness or stress reduction techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
