Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Craft and adjust comprehensive treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress, ensuring each plan is personalized and responsive to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and confidential client records while also documenting session notes and treatment updates.
• Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary mental health professionals through regular team meetings, case discussions, and shared resources.
• Commit to continuous professional development by staying up to date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques relevant to your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. We welcome clients from various backgrounds and experiences, and your cultural competence will play a vital role in building rapport and trust. You will help clients set and achieve their therapeutic goals through a supportive and empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field recognized by the state of California.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in the mental health field.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting, enabling you to establish meaningful connections with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in telehealth or virtual counseling environments will be considered an asset, as it demonstrates familiarity with remote therapy practices.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, or systemic therapy.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and techniques to support clients with complex backgrounds effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
