Work Environment

This position allows you to provide therapy in a fully remote telehealth setting, offering you the flexibility to work from home while reaching clients from various backgrounds and locations. With our advanced telehealth technology, you will maintain a professional and therapeutic virtual environment, ensuring confidentiality and a high standard of service. Our clinic environment is designed to support professional supervision tailored to your specific needs, making it an ideal role for licensed associate therapists seeking the required supervised experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.
• Provide crisis management support and utilize de-escalation techniques during critical situations to maintain client safety.
• Collect, analyze, and record patient data to track progress and refine treatment decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach to therapy.
• Ensure a safe, confidential, and therapeutic environment in all virtual interactions, embodying professionalism in every client encounter.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will engage with a diverse clientele dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will also be expected to apply your knowledge of trauma-informed care principles to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Familiarity with pediatric mental health considerations is a plus, as you may work with younger clients navigating developmental challenges.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate LMHC (LMHC-A).
• At least one year of experience working in behavioral or mental health settings.
• Proficiency in current evidence-based practices and knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Strong commitment to maintaining ethical guidelines and client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in professional psychedelic integration counseling is a valued asset.
• Familiarity with data collection methods and documentation practices within the mental health field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and engage effectively with the community.

Compensation and Benefits
