Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address clients’ mental health challenges and promote wellness.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques in individual therapy sessions, focusing on methods best suited to each client's unique concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and continuously monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those who may face physical or logistical barriers.
• Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records meeting ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including participation in workshops and training sessions to refine clinical skills and stay informed about innovative practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate for this position will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications

• Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing a safe space that encourages clients to engage openly.
• Exhibit empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ emotional experiences and challenges.
• Possess effective organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload responsibilities alongside administrative tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience in providing teletherapy services is highly desirable.
