Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand and document clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific goals based on the unique circumstances of each client.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and enhance the continuity of care.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and offer risk assessments as necessary, ensuring the immediate safety of clients.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to support clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to track client progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily serve a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, and families from various socioeconomic backgrounds, particularly those facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, which are crucial for effective therapy and collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating the ability to handle a diverse caseload.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
