Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at achieving measurable therapeutic goals and fostering meaningful outcomes.
• Performing thorough intakes and assessments to gain an in-depth understanding of client needs, emotional states, and relational dynamics.
• Maintaining meticulous and compliant clinical documentation that meets state regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the LMFT position will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
