Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms to assist clients in identifying and addressing their emotional concerns.
• Guiding clients in exploring their feelings and experiences to foster self-awareness and improve interpersonal relationships.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their goals and develop actionable plans for achieving them.
• Assessing clients' mental health status and devising and implementing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques and your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will consist primarily of stable adults, carefully screened to ensure they present lower acuity needs. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Note that limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• High proficiency in making clinical evaluations and developing treatment recommendations based on best practices.

• Familiarity with digital platforms and technology, as remote counseling requires effective use of online tools.
