Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' emotional, psychological, and relational challenges through video consultations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical insights and client goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and other relevant modalities to address varied client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation meetings with your team to discuss cases and refine treatment strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of psychology and therapy to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and increase access to services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various issues such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and mental health crises. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Strong ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a community health setting focusing on diverse populations.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and experience conducting remote counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
