The role of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based counseling techniques tailored to individual client needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is a prerequisite.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a state board; please note that limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• Strong ability to assess client needs and devise appropriate treatment plans based on professional evaluations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic nature and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our all-in-one platform effectively, which includes session scheduling, client management, and billing.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a counseling or therapy setting, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment is advantageous, but not required.
