Position Overview

We Care Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to individuals and families while adhering to our mission of increasing accessibility to mental health services.

Work Environment

Our work setting offers the flexibility of remote employment, allowing you to practice your expertise from the comfort of your home while efficiently connecting with clients through telehealth services. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a balanced work-life structure. You will be part of a supportive, tight-knit team, which encourages autonomy in scheduling and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions by conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating, and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with each client’s needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 to 30 client visits each week, ensuring consistent care while managing time efficiently.
• Document clinical progress by maintaining precise treatment plan reviews, ongoing diagnoses, and case notes, adhering to company policies for documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate care plans and ensure holistic treatment for clients.
• Provide exemplary customer service, showing empathy and understanding while fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to client success.
• Utilize innovative and creative interventions to engage clients and help them achieve and exceed their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will particularly benefit those overcoming issues related to trauma, relationship dynamics, and family conflicts. Understanding the unique needs of this population is essential for delivering effective interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding and familiarity with family therapy services, community outreach programs, and fee collection practices.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for client rapport and documentation.
• Proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate stability in client relationships.
• A commitment to serving a diverse clientele with sensitivity and respect for different backgrounds and experiences.
• The ability to pass a background check is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in writing treatment plans, completing diagnostic assessments (DAs), and clinical case notes is essential.
• Previous work with children, adolescents, couples, and families in therapy settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation practices in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
