The We Care Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at We Care Healthcare Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately diagnose clients and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Maintaining a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, facilitating sessions that promote healing and personal growth.
• Documentation of all client interactions, including session notes, treatment reviews, and case updates in compliance with organizational protocols.
• Fostering collaborative relationships with clients through excellent customer service and engaging therapeutic techniques.
• Coordination of care with case managers, families, and other stakeholders as needed to enhance support networks for clients.
• Creating and implementing innovative interventions and therapeutic exercises that help clients understand and overcome their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. This role is crucial to enabling our clients to build resilience and develop effective coping strategies in their personal and interpersonal lives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Proven experience in diagnosing mental health conditions and completing treatment plans.
• Strong understanding of family therapy services and the ability to navigate community resources effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for documenting client progress and engaging effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a broad spectrum of clients exhibiting varying needs.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check as part of onboarding.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also have:

• Experience with mental health documentation practices, including treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and session notes.
• A track record of working effectively with diverse populations, with specific experience addressing the unique challenges faced by children, adolescents, and families.
• A proactive approach towards fee collection and billing practices at the time of service.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive and customizable benefits package that includes:
