Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility for our therapists to work from home while maintaining a connection to our supportive outpatient office. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Deliver engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, facilitating healing and personal growth.
• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and methods to track progress.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments, ensuring client safety and appropriate action plans are in place.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that enhance the treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapist will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. You will be instrumental in addressing a wide variety of concerns such as relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and other mental health challenges, helping clients develop resilience and coping strategies tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic principles and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective client engagement.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
