Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant client history and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver culturally competent and trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working closely with other healthcare providers, coordinating care, and sharing insights to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our secure electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, contributing to an environment of peer learning and continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy, including participating in in-house training and acquiring continuing education units (CEUs).

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, facing a wide spectrum of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and various life transitions. As an LMFT, you will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications

• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of California. Pre-licensed MFTs under supervision may be considered.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, while advanced degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline are preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings, specifically in couples therapy or family systems therapy.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• A commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care, underscoring the importance of affirming diverse identities and experiences in your therapeutic approach.
• Ability to balance a flexible caseload independently, showcasing self-motivation and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, along with benefits designed to support your well-being. Our compensation package includes:
