Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, integrating family dynamics into the therapeutic process.
• Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with established policies to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of our clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and respond adeptly to clients in urgent situations, ensuring they receive immediate care and support.
• Participate actively in professional development workshops, clinician meetings, and in-service training to further expertise and stay informed about industry best practices.
• Deliver diverse therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological evaluations when required.
• Engage in team retreats and activities designed to foster community and collaboration among staff, enhancing team cohesion and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, serving individuals and families from various backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate issues from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and trauma. Understanding the complexities of family dynamics and cultural factors will be essential in tailoring your therapeutic approaches effectively.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of treatment methods for a variety of mental health disorders and complexities.
• Ability to plan and execute psychological interventions in a trauma-informed manner.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and the ability to build trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in conducting bariatric psychological evaluations is highly desirable.
• Prior involvement in therapeutic retreats or workshops will be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, taking into consideration your experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
