Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to connect with clients throughout Maryland from the location of your choice. Our virtual workspace utilizes the latest telehealth technology, ensuring you have the necessary tools to deliver therapeutic services effectively. Key Well Counseling promotes a flexible schedule, accommodating both full-time and part-time clinicians, with options to work on weekdays or evenings based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Service Delivery: Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices. Tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Assessment and Treatment Planning: Perform comprehensive client assessments, collaborate in the development of personalized treatment plans, and regularly evaluate client progress to adjust therapeutic strategies as necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards by documenting clinical sessions accurately and timely, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Collaboration: Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, engaging with psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and access to necessary resources.
• Community Outreach: Engage in community relations and networking opportunities to build connections with local organizations and providers, promoting awareness of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCMFT with Key Well Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clients may present with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and various other mental health concerns. This diversity provides an enriching environment for professional development and enhances your therapeutic repertoire.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCMFT license or eligibility for licensure in Maryland.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proven ability to deliver effective individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Strong skills in building rapport and developing therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• A commitment to client-centered care with an empathetic approach.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively while adhering to documentation standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of mindfulness and holistic therapy practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Key Well Counseling offers a competitive compensation package, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
