Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our fully remote outpatient counseling team in Gilbert, Arizona. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health by utilizing structured interview techniques and standardized assessment tools.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic sessions to individuals across the lifespan, implementing strategies to manage various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, conflict resolution, and relationship satisfaction.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that encompasses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with strategies to cope with acute distress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with developments in marriage and family therapy through training and workshops.
• Advocate for clients' rights and empower them to actively participate in their treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum of individuals, including teenagers navigating transitional life phases, adults facing mental health challenges, and couples looking to strengthen their relationships. Your expertise will guide them through their unique situations, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that respects their individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and couples, with a preference for those who have worked with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a capacity to relate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Experience working in outpatient facilities or providing teletherapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Knowledge of cultural competency and the ability to navigate diverse client backgrounds effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
