Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Flourish Counsel Connect, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting assessments that gather relevant information regarding clients' mental health, relationships, and family dynamics.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples as well as individual members to address a variety of issues including grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment approaches based on client progress and feedback to ensure effective outcomes.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy, enabling access for clients who may face barriers to in-person services.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your therapeutic focus will encompass a diverse range of populations, including both adult and child/adolescent clients. You will be equipped to handle complex cases that involve:

• Alcohol abuse and related familial impacts.
• Physical and psychological abuse, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.
• Facilitating communication and conflict resolution within blended families and dealing with post-remarriage dynamics.
• Addressing adjustment issues concerning separations and divorce, including mother/daughter conflicts and job-related stress.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A current, active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience with couples and family therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Flourish Counsel Connect offers a competitive compensation package, with annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
