Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client’s unique background and mental health needs, leading to the creation of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual therapy, couple counseling, and family therapy, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health specialists, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure seamless and coordinated client care.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately to comply with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with therapeutic trends.
• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and uphold confidentiality at all times in alignment with legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Innovative Care, you will work with diverse client populations, including adults and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LMFT license in the state of California is essential.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly specializing in substance abuse therapy.
• Proficiency in using solution-based interventions and a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this collaborative role.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package for this full-time role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
