Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for significant flexibility in your work schedule. While most of your work will be conducted from your home office, occasional in-person meetings may occur at our outpatient facility when necessary. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, aiming to tailor your therapeutic approach effectively.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to promote healing and growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic, coordinated care for clients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in conjunction with clients, setting clear therapeutic goals and interventions to guide progress.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to support clients in times of immediate emotional distress.
• Document clinical notes meticulously and within established timelines, adhering to ethical and legal standards at all times.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, enhancing therapeutic experiences for clients and providing them with vital coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your workload will include a diverse client base ranging from individuals seeking support for personal challenges to couples and families navigating complex relational issues. Your interventions will target a wide array of symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, ensuring a comprehensive focus on each client's unique story and experience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong clinical assessment skills and a deep understanding of evidence-based treatments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities that enable meaningful connections with clients.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of previous experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic interventions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
