Key Responsibilities

• Engage in thorough assessments of new clients to understand their mental health concerns and establish personalized therapy plans.
• Offer individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques tailored to foster personal growth and resilience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to uphold ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Participate actively in team meetings, group supervision sessions, and individual consultations to enhance clinical skills and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Accessible Care Wellness, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, children, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. We particularly encourage applications from clinicians with experience supporting clients from various backgrounds, including people of color and the LGBTQIA community. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active and current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in therapy techniques for various demographics, particularly couples, children, teens, and families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
